REFUND POLICY

Exchanges & Returns

Due to our product(s) nature, we cannot accept physical returns for any items. There are no exchanges for products for any reason. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and include a clear photo so that we may assist you promptly. If shipping charges and taxes were on your original order, shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. Shipping & handling and taxes are required to be paid on all purchases unless otherwise indicated with your order.

 

Incorrect Address Entry

We kindly request customers to double-check their shipping address before completing their order. Sol & Fuego is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to customer and/or mail carrier delivery error. Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid any inconvenience and required new purchase of items.  There will not be any refunds on products delivered to incorrect address.
